How do I enter a competition?
To enter the competition:
- Pick your competition from the website
- Choose the right answer to the question
- Select the number of tickets you would like (please note maximum number of tickets allowed per user)
- Click on Purchase
- Follow onscreen instructions to pay
- Once paid you will receive an email confirm your entry and details of your tickets
There is also a free postal entry route available. To enter for free, send competition title, your name, address, telephone number, email address and answer to the competition question to us at the following address:
Entries must be submitted via first or second class post. Bulk entries are not accepted and if received will count as one single entry. If you wish to enter for free multiple times you may do so up to any limit placed on the number of entries. Each free entry must be submitted separately.
Where is my Purchase Email?
Once you’ve purchased your tickets, you will be sent a confirmation email of your entries along with your ticket numbers, typically within 10-15 minutes.
During period of high demand, this may take a couple of hours.

Please click on the “My Account” section top right and login to your personal account.
On the right hand tabs you have access to all you current and past entries
How do I edit my details?
Please click on the “My Account” section top right and login to your personal account.
The right hand side tabs will give you access to edit all sections of your account.
How will I know when I win?
We will notify the winner via telephone or email within 7 days of the closing date of the competition.
If you change any of your contact details prior to the closing date, you must inform us.
We will try to contact you using the information you have supplied us with. If we cannot reach you within 14 days of the closing date we reserve the right to choose another winner and you will lose your right to claim the prize.
Can anyone enter the competition?
The competitions are open to those that are over the age of 18 and are residents of the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Guernsey, or any other British Isles territories.
Also, you cannot enter this competition if you are our employee or an employee of our agents or suppliers, or members of the immediate families or households of the above.
If I win, do I have to be included in promotional material?
No, this is not compulsory. However, with your permission, we would love to share your excitement on our website and social media pages.
Even if you do not want to participate in any promotional exercises, we may have to provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority to prove we have administered the competition and awarded the prize fairly.
Can I get a refund on my entries?
No, we do not offer refunds of the entry fee’s.
How do I use a coupon?
Any discount codes and coupons can be applied on the checkout screen (not the basket).
You will see a box at the top right of the checkout page asking if you’d like to use a coupon.
